Treatments

Metal-free

METAL-FREE DENTISTRY. We offer high-quality ceramic dental implants to restore the functionality and aesthetics of your smile. They are placed in most cases immediately, reducing the risk of bone loss and the number of sessions required.

Medicine

Our integrative and functional medicine treatments will help you maintain physical and emotional balance. They prepare you for the intervention by optimizing the immune system and bone metabolism, ensuring maximum healing capacity.

FDOJs

The lesions commonly known as "Cavitations" are defined as Fatty Degenerative Osteonecrosis of the Maxillary or Mandibular Bone, hence the acronym FDOJ.

Fatty degenerative osteonecrosis of the mandibular bone (FDOJ)

Also known as "Cavitational Osteonecrosis," fatty degenerative osteonecrosis, or "fatty degenerative osteonecrosis of the jaw", it was initially identified by pathologist Jerry Bouquot in 1992. Since then, it has been the subject of extensive studies that have contributed to establishing a solid scientific foundation in this field, with Dr. Johann Lechner standing out as a recognized authority worldwide. This disorder is characterized by the degeneration of bone tissue and the accumulation of adipose tissue in the jawbone or maxilla, which can lead to significant complications for the patient's oral and overall health. An accurate understanding of this condition and its proper management are essential to prevent its progression and minimize its adverse effects. (Photo on the left: Prof. J.E. Bouquot).
